Authorized Harley-Davidson® Rentals
Rental motorcycles are provided by Guildford Harley-Davidson (GHD) or Reading Harley-Davidson (RHD), both Authorized Harley-Davidson Rentals dealerships. With your signature on the Motorcycle Self Drive Hire Scheme, the Rental Agreement form and Rental Vehicle Conditions form you accept these terms and conditions as a binding contract between GHD or RHD and you, the participant. Please read them carefully. Lind Tours cannot accept any tour participant without the above documents being completed.
Most Harley-Davidson motorcycle models will have saddlebags for luggage, luggage racks, and some have backrests. Lind Tours reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle requested by tour participants. Unfortunately, at times, certain unexpected and uncontrollable situations arise which may require the substitution of a motorcycle. This includes, but is not limited to, delay in manufacture fleet delivery, mechanical failure, collision damage and theft. Should Lind Tours not be able to provide the confirmed motorcycle, a similar or better model will be provided to the Client. This constitutes the maximum liability of Lind Tours. The full rental cost has to be paid to GHD at the time of motorcycle pick-up, and reserves the right to adjust the amount of the security deposit deductible without notice. This security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the undamaged motorcycle. During the tour itself Lind Tours is not obliged to replace a damaged motorcycle, however on large rides with support vehicle one spare bike may be available.
Fully comprehensive Insurance is provided when hiring through our HD Authorized Rental agent. Breakdown recovery is included. Should an insurance claim be made the customer is required to pay the first £1,500. The minimum age to rent a motorcycle is 25 years. There is no legal age limit for passengers, however the passenger must be able to reach the passenger foot pegs or floorboards of the motorcycle.

Lind Tours strives to schedule its tours at a time of the year, when the weather in the touring area is usually pleasant for motorcycling. Many tours pass through areas, where weather conditions can change very fast and significantly. Lind Tours cannot be made liable for unpleasant and unsuitable weather conditions and no refunds are made for such conditions.
